Please complete the form below in order to have your area event listed. Note that although all fields are optional we will need correct and detailed information in order to accurately post information on your event. Please also contact your area webservant and have the event posted locally before submitting this form if possible.

The guidelines for posting events on the CAWSO Regional Events page (as per the latest release of the Information Technology Committee Workbook and Guidelines are as follows.

Event must clearly be C.A. sanctioned. Acceptable indications are:

District/Area flyer with C.A. logo
WSO notification to webservant
Trustee notification to webservant
Currently posted to Area or District Web site
webservant notified by person known to represent Area or District

Event should be of interest outside Area or District, such as:

Conventions and retreats
Multi-day events
Regional events
World Service events

Event info must be provided in writing in the form below. Linked files must be within C.A. Traditions, pertain to the event (e.g., convention registration form), be of reasonable download file size and of printable dimensions (8½" by 11" or less) or in a file formats that is convertible to PDF. Please contact the C.A. Webservant if you have any questions about linking your event or preparing a file to be linked.

Any website must be within C.A. Traditions in order to be linked on this website. Only C.A. District, Regional or Area web sites will be linked. There will be no links directly to meetings or groups.
